Focused Learning Application
Instructions: “Please read” all instructions below and include every detail, thank you.
Each week students will be required to read the assigned chapters, complete, and present an FLA. FLAs require students to identify keywords, insights, resources, and applications from the readings. Submissions must include the following information:
1. Choose the three most important concepts for each chapter assigned.
2. For each concept, provide a definition.
3. For each concept provide an insight or application example from an organizational setting.
4. For each chapter provide an outside resource that extends your understanding of a concept or concepts within the assigned chapters.
