Design a plan of strategies for how to handle the gaps based on risk. 5. Explain whether the correct personnel competencies are in place to close the identified gaps. Include learning systems for personnel. 6. Analyze the metrics to be used to monitor the improvement of compliance with NFPA 1600. Explain any technology that will be needed to complete the plan. 7. Examine how media can be used to support the proposed plan.
