Based on elections and voting behaivor, what are the greatest strengths and weaknesses of the U.S. elecctoral system? 

You must select one of the following listed (12) topics for your research paper.
 Paper must have a title page.
 Length – 4 to 6 typed pages not including title page but including bibliography page.
 Font-12- Times New Roman
 Paper must conform to the Turabian, Chicago Style Citation method with footnotes and
endnotes in the body of the paper and corresponding bibliographic entry.
 No less than four sources. All sources must be cited. Only one internet source.
 Late papers after the 2 nd or 3 rd   of December will be deducted 10 points per day.
 If absent- have someone else bring it to school for you. The paper is still due on
December the 2 nd  ` or 3rd.
 You will submit your paper, to your class, Turnitin.com site. I will provide all the on-line
details well ahead of the due date. A printed hard copy of your paper will be submitted
in addition to on-line submission.
 This paper will count as a test grade. 
 Students are not allowed to turn in the final copy on the due date with more than 10%
plagiarism. More than 10% plagiarism will result in a zero grade.
 The paper you submit on the due date should represent your own personal work.
