Hydrolysis of starch

At first, I was planning to do my experiment with Benedict’s solution but for some reason, it didn’t work as there was no color change observed. So I decided to use Lugol’s iodine potassium solution with the presence of saliva as a source of amylase enzyme to break down starch. The data collection is incomplete but I was wondering if you could complete the data collection too. for the experiment at 20 celsius, the reason for the same amount of time is because, after 40 minutes, the endpoint color was still not observed so the reaction was stopped. I have also attached the picture of the color change as a reference.
